Sir Grout was prompt, professional and the bid that Ryan gave us was very reasonable. Isiah did the repairs that we needed. The work was done well and spotlessly clean after the work was completed. Every interaction with Sir Grout was exceptional. Ryan did a great job of arriving promptly for my estimate, answered all my questions, and I did not feel pressured to make a decision. I called him a few days later to schedule the work for two weeks later. The workers did an excellent job. I'm so happy that I don't have to keep looking at my filthy grout. They gave me great information on how to keep the grout looking clean going forward. Highly recommend Sir Grout!

I hoping I will be as thrilled 3 months from now. We feel like we just had new tile laid. Have cringed when it's been recommended to seal with a colored sealer as I thought it'd look unnatural but it just looks like natural clean grout. Oscar and Isaiah did the work and were most professional and friendly. I had been holding back on hosting guests but now—bring them on. Forgot to mention that Ryan, the owner is very fair in his pricing, it's not a cheap clean but worth the price.
