Chose Sir Grout of two tile cleaning companies. Certainly made the right choice! After calling and requesting an estimate, Ryan followed up quickly with a visit, I had an estimate by the end of the day, which allowed me to confirm a date within two weeks for the tile cleaning.

Due to a change of plans, I had to change the cleaning date. Again, my schedule was given priority and a new date was confirmed. Rudy and Arthur showed up exactly at the appointed time ( who does that?), and described what the cleaning would entail.

They checked with us on questions they had as they did the work too. They finished on time and their completed work was absolutely fantastic. The experience was excellent and as a result, I have signed up for their annual followup on the tile and added three bathrooms to their list.

Could not be more pleased with everything from the initial call to the completed work.

Amazing job! Isaiah got there on time, was very professional, he did a great job and at the end he explained how to take care of the floor and countertops, what products to use and what not to use. Love the way everything looks!

Sir Grout was prompt, professional and the bid that Ryan gave us was very reasonable. Isiah did the repairs that we needed. The work was done well and spotlessly clean after the work was completed.
